Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actor, writer and best-selling novelist. Her talent has earned her international recognition. Sagittarius. Born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She is the oldest child of Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper and Anne, a psychology student. She's English and Scottish origin. Moore struggled because her family was constantly shifting due to her father's work. Moore began acting in plays as she travelled with her family to Germany. When she completed the requirements for her B.F.A. at Boston University in 1983, Moore continued her studies. She graduated in 1983 with a B.F.A.
